We strive to provide exceptional service in all our home organization and natural cleaning engagements. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide additional service to meet your expectations.
Refunds for services provided by Phefxirevorx are considered on a case-by-case basis. If service has been completed and you are dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues to your satisfaction.
You may reschedule your organization or cleaning service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will work with you to find an alternative date and time that suits your schedule.
If you are not available at the scheduled service time and have not provided advance notice, Phefxirevorx reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. We value your time and ours, and proper communication helps us serve you better.
If you need to modify the scope of work after service has begun, please communicate with our team immediately. Additional services may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
